Running fitness classes and nutritional workshops in the Cheshire, Staffordshire & Shropshire areas, she is keen to share her knowledge and expertise to maximise your own happiness!
With a wide range of classes on offer, including Zumba, Dance Fitness, HIIT, Stretch & Strength Training, Body Toning / Sculpting, Flexibility & Mindfulness Training, there is something for everyone.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
Metafit combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Tabata techniques, to boost your resting metabolism and burn fat.
A combination of Power Yoga and Pilates style exercises. Combining deep stretching with some very effective Core and general Body Conditioning. This is a low impact workout that although sometimes challenging is suitable for all fitness levels.
Perfect for fitness enthusiasts and students looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout, STRONG by Zumba™ was crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.
A Claire Sherbourne Boot Camp is like no other - combining group based challenges, circuits, cardio, and weight based body exercises. All done in a fun and friendly environment, suitable for every fitness level.
MetaPWR is a HIIT workout with a circuit style format. Exercises on MetaPWR use equipment, to add intensity and resistance, such as battle ropes, power bags, medicine balls, wall balls and kettle bells. Combined with body resistant exercises, the class is an intense workout which kick starts the metabolism.

HEN PARTY BOOT CAMP
Celebrate your impending marriage differently with a Hen Party Bootcamp!
Suitable for all levels of fitness, Claire will adapt and tailor the event to your needs, and bring out your competitive edge! Typically split into two teams, you will compete against each other at team events, such as Dodgeball, ‘The Snake’ and Chain Tag, before the winning team is declared with a bottle of Prosecco!

A great opportunity to rally camaraderie within your team, Claire Sherbourne Fitness can organise a private team building session to suit you! You will participate in childhood classic games, such as Duck, Duck, Goose or Three Legged Races, before embarking on some more physical team challenges.
All events can be adapted for all levels of fitness - ensuring no one is left out!
